wilton cake pans

I have been shopping for a muffin pan for a while. The stores in my area do not carry the Avanti Everglide line. I considered more expensive pans but I don't want to have to hand wash my bakeware because there always seems to be a white stain from the shortening which cannot be removed by hand washing. I'm so glad I was able to find this pan on Amazon as Cook's Illustrated recommends this and I always take their recommendations into consideration before making a purchase. This is a heavy-duty pan. My muffins came out perfectly baked and evenly browned. After cooling for a few minutes, the muffins easily released from the pan. The pan cleaned beautifully in the dish washer. This pan is well made and should hold up to years and years of baking

This pan has been great- the handles make it easy to remove from the oven without squishing what's inside. Clean up was good and it browned nicely; definitely a winner.

A very nice pan. It cooks things very evenly, and does not burn anything on the bottoms. Muffins and cupcakes seem to rise more, and the sides and bottoms are never dry. The pan itself is a very weighty thick gauge metal...feels quite solid. It's an inexpensive way to drastically improve the quality of your muffins and cupcakes!
